State Powerlifting Results (2015)

 state-meet-gustavo-2015The Robinson Powerlifting teams sent a total of 6 kids to the Texas Powerlifting State Championships over the past two weeks.  This came after the boys won the team championship at the Regional Meet. Probably the most prolific senior class of lifters to come through Robinson, this year's powerlifters put a stamp on a wonderful season.  (full story)

Robinson ISD strives to provide a learning environment free from disruption. It is our goal to send home and/or make available to students and parents only information which has been approved for display or distribution in accordance with policy GKDA (local).


Gifted & Talented Nominations (2015)

Robinson ISD will be taking parent nominations for their Gifted and Talented program for grades 1-11 beginning April 7, 2015  If you would like to refer your child, you may pick up a referral packet at your child’s school office.  Completed packets must be returned by April 17, 2015.

The 2013 legislative session brought many changes for school districts.  Included in HB5 is the community and student engagement component as a local evaluation tool. In RISD,district and campus site based decision making committees created criteria and evaluated programs as an opportunity for us to showcase areas of excellence as well as recognize areas in need of improvement and set future goals valued in the community.
