Bringing awareness to mental health is important at all times, not just during mental health awareness month. Some ways that you can do this are:
Talk about mental health issues openly
Educate yourself and others on warning signs and symptoms
Practice Kindness and Compassion to others
Raise funds or donate to a cause that supports mental health.
